The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes including, but not limited to the provision of financial support to families with children experiencing major medical emergencies or long-term illnesses and to carry on any other lawful activity as may be carriers on by an organization described in section 501(c)(3) in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended and by a corporation formed under M.G.L. Part I, Title XXII, Chapter 180, et seq.
